We only collect what we need to make Unboss useful for you. This falls into a few categories:

• ·Business records you create in the app, such as sales, expenses, customers, invoices, and notes.
• ·Device and usage information, like app version and general performance data, to keep things running smoothly.
• ·Optional inputs you choose to use, such as receipt images or voice recordings for logging activity.

Your information is used to provide and improve the Unboss experience, and nothing more.

• ·To operate core features like sales tracking, profit insights, and reminders.
• ·To process voice input and receipt scans into business records on your behalf.
• ·To send important service updates, and only send marketing messages if you opt in.
• ·To diagnose issues, prevent abuse, and keep your account secure.

We do not sell your personal or business data. Ever. Your records are yours to access, export, or delete at any time.

When you delete your account, we remove your personal data from our active systems, subject to any limited retention required by law.

We work with a small number of trusted service providers to run Unboss, such as cloud hosting, payment processing, and analytics. These providers only access data as needed to perform their service and are bound by strict confidentiality obligations.

We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Unboss and our users.

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit and at rest, to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to protect your data and will notify you promptly of any breach that affects you.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing.

• ·Request deletion of your account and associated personal data.
• ·Opt out of marketing communications with a single tap.

Unboss is intended for people running a business and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy as Unboss evolves. If we make material changes, we'll let you know in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use Unboss after an update means you accept the revised policy.
