Unboss gives you tools to record sales, track expenses, manage customers, and understand your business. You may use the app for your own lawful business purposes.

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of majority in your location, to use Unboss.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.

• ·Provide accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
• ·Do not share your account or let others use it on your behalf without authorization.
• ·Notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

The business records and content you create in Unboss belong to you. We don't claim ownership of your data.

You grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the service, for example to display your dashboard, generate invoices, or convert voice input into records.

To keep Unboss safe and reliable for everyone, you agree not to:

• ·Use the service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• ·Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• ·Upload malicious code or content that infringes the rights of others.
• ·Resell or misrepresent the service as your own.

Unboss offers a free tier and optional paid plans. If you subscribe to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees through your chosen payment method.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

We work hard to keep Unboss available and dependable, but we can't guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, change, or temporarily suspend features to improve the service.

Unboss is a bookkeeping and business management tool, not a substitute for professional accounting, tax, or legal advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of the records you enter and for meeting your own tax and legal obligations.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by law, Unboss will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the service.

You may stop using Unboss and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated. On termination, your right to use the service ends, and you can request an export of your data beforehand.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use Unboss after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
